• Sam Medlock gave us permission to rehost their comic War Zone because Webtoon locked it behind an account log-in and pluralstories requires things be publicly accessible. (EDIT: upload keeps failing, no clue why, nothing we can do but try again another day.)
• Digitized and added Saras Makiya and Paige's poetry zine my heart beats in seismic waves because it appears to be impossible to get anymore and trying to contact the creators led to no response. Textual transcription here.
• New resource on the list: On Dating My Partners, by dismallyoriented. "My amateur roundup of things you need to know, if a partner comes out as plural." Local copy here.
• Susan of Alexandrites took a family photo of Rogan, Mori, and Sneak, and with her permission, we made it our image on our Info page!
• Made of NOODLES!: 2016. Oh no! Sneak's arms are made of NOODLES! Very silly. 1 page. Script here.

that family photo is fucking incredible! susan is always an amazing photographer but i've never seen a system family photo by them before and just. wow. a gorgeous picture on every level. (our kiddo especially loves how tall the posing makes sneak look!)

Sneak is the tallest of the alter family! Ze SHOULD be the tallest, haha!

It's really nice to have a credited multi photo for our Info page! It feels like a much better fit.

War Zone's link appears to be broken; I get a 404 from both the Dreamwidth link and the HM homepage.

And seconding how amazing that photo is. I feel like I can see each of you in the ways you stand and emote, which is fantastic for a still image.

Dammit. The upload keeps failing (and fatcow gives EXTREMELY bad sign of failed uploads, so we don't know why). This is so annoying, is it a file size problem? Ugh, manually un-PDFing it, resizing every page, and then switching OSes to zip it smaller will be such a pain...

EDIT: this is why we hate updating hm.com. It's always so much more complicated than we think it'll be.

Yeah, Susan did a great job! Had the weather been less cold, we would've done more elaborate outfit changes, but as it was, we were like "Nope, let's do it fast and go," haha!

On the plus side, this is the perfect chance to use that new icon. Looks fantastic.

Who do you host HM through? For my sites, I can use tools like Filezilla to upload (I usually do it on the command line with rsync because it's lightning fast and auto-uploads any changed or added files, which is perfect for me, but Filezilla is the go-to graphical choice and what I usually tell folks who don't feel comfortable with the command line), but it sounds like you're using a host-based tool to upload files. Would not be surprised if that's related to the upload issues.

Glad everyone had long sleeves if it was chilly out! I still can't get over how flawless the editing is to cobble every photo together. It's seamless.

It looks like the Cohost webpage formatting kind of exploded in the locally saved copy though. Not to add more work to the list but do you think the dreamwidth version might make for a better local copy?
