Pluralstories Cohost Back-ups!

Cohost is going down, which means I've gone through the pluralstories catalog and put up back-up links of every entry originally hosted there.

The only entry I haven't done yet is Loony, by Sapphic Slob, which, being an adults-only erotic comic, is behind an "adults only" click-through that the Wayback Machine cannot bypass. I have sent a message to Saph asking if she has it uploaded anywhere, and if not, if we may have permission to rehost it. (EDIT: backed up! All set!)

I'm really glad I have gotten into the habit of making local copies of everything as I go through! Maybe I should just get in the habit of making Wayback Machine links for every catalog entry it's relevant for, as I go... just to make sure.

Sneak: I got all the Cohost stuff backed up! So at least I won't have to worry about that so much. It's too bad, though, Cohost seemed like a neat place!

newcomers is covering the Cohost shutdown and providing resources about Dreamwidth. You can introduce yourself in the Friending Meme or look for Cohost friends if you wish. These are also resources you can share with other folks riding the wave from Cohost.

We were very much a lurker on Cohost and talked very little to people. We're reaching out to Cohosters we met at the offline wake, though!

I'm hoping to help Cohost folks find each other and get attached to DW so they'll stick around here. Anything you can do toward that kind of connection is helpful too.
