New Gallifrey denounces Gallifreyan Tradition

The New Gallifrey group have posted about the disciplinary proceedings of the Gallifreyan Tradition Society in response to Panopticon setting Draven on me. Thank god they did, since most of this is Gallifreyan crap that I don't understand; read it for yourself and see what I mean. But a few things, I DO understand, and I have a few things to add.
