LB will be at Watertown Zine Fest, tomorrow, Oct. 18, 11-4!

On Saturday, Oct. 18, we are tabling at Watertown Zine Fest! It runs from 11-4, at the Watertown Public Library, 123 Main Street, Watertown, Massachusetts 02472. We have cranked out a bunch of paper-only zines, including our headspace essays, queer short stories, and a 32-page Mori/Rawlin comic, Xenogals! Come drop by and check us out!

On Friday, October 24, we will also be  New England Graphic Medicine Summit. 10-11 AM, giving a presentation on Many-Selved Portraiture. Located at MCPHS University on Longwood Avenue, but online attendance is also possible! Come see us show off many-selved artistic efforts! There'll be a slideshow!

If I lived on the other side of the country, I'd be there! Would love to see your zines, and the Many-Selved Portraiture presentation sounds fascinating. Will the presentation be recorded anywhere?

The presentation should be recorded, but even if it isn’t, the slideshow and textual transcript are on the monthly voting pile, so feel free to toss your vote for it next month!

Oh dang, I wish I'd seen this! Ironically, last year I happened to be at the library on Zine Fest day and popped in to see if you were there, but either you weren't or I was blind/had spectacularly bad timing. Sorry I missed you this time, what a bummer.

Yeah, sadly last year we couldn't make it because we were double-booked; Anarchist Book Fair was the EXACT same day, so I ended up tabling there that year!

No worries, we can hang out again some other time!
