You know, I've been wanting to get back into working out too and have started trying to commit to being more active, even if that just means moving around more instead of sitting down all day. Doesn't even have to be anything extreme. I could make myself go up and down the stairs where I live, go on walks around my little neighborhood, visit my neighborhood's local gym to use the treadmill and free weights, and things like that. And then, if I want to stay inside instead, I try to do ten-minute yoga stretches and ten-minute ab workouts. The point is that I'm feeling motivated and actually doing something with that motivation!
Reading this entry gives me more motivation though, so after this I'm probably going to do my stretching routine to prepare myself to go to bed, lol. And tomorrow, I hope to do it again in the morning. Thanks for the extra motivation!! Y'all are AWESOME! :)
