Still on hiatus and working out my workflow, so no poll this month. House of Resilient Children has had a new chapter (and past chapters) uploaded to Patreon, plus the archive of Battle the Universe.

Other plural news:

• Akwaeke Emezi's memoir is out: Dear Senthuran. I haven't read it yet but want to. They also have three books out for preorder: a prequel to Pet, a book of poetry, and another stand-alone fiction. May their star continue to rise.
• Team MJ Barker, who put out a zine called Plural Selves a few years back, has put out a free book called Plurality. I haven't read it yet either but want to.
• I'm working on a headmate sex zine called Multi, Orgasmic. Text is about set, images mostly penciled and in process of being inked. Covers topics like erogenous zone shift between vessel and body, reality vs. fantasy, thoughtleak, unwanted attraction... probably going to be 44-48 pages.

Still here. On a new med. It helps. My only Internet socializing has been via email. Will continue resting.

(Also, MJ Barker is my ex-metamour-in-law and I really love everything of theirs that I've read; that zine isn't among them yet, but it's been on my list. I used to chat with my ex and ex-metamour a bunch about the concept of plural selves, and I very much thought of you when I did. Those conversations led to me concluding that I am the most single of singletons, which was kind of weird, but really fascinating too.)

I read Dear Senthuran and would be so, so curious what you think about it if you at any point have the energy and desire to read it - I liked it a great deal less than Freshwater but it also felt illuminating in terms of Emezi’s context and relationships.

meanwhile: thanks for the MJ Barker rec and I’m excited for the zine, but hope you continue getting as much rest as you could possibly need - more, even.
