Genius Cat is a Pancake

lb_leeGenius Cat has learned how to slither under the couch by digging all four sets of claws into the side and somehow pancaking himself underneath.
He is a very round cat, so I'm kinda impressed he managed this. He has done it a few times now, and seems to have a much harder time coming out than going in. I still haven't quite figured out the mechanism, because he's so quick that the moment I look down, all I see is a tail sticking out, lashing furiously.
I fully anticipate having to rescue him from the couch at some point, but for now, I'm pleased he's discovered a new hobby that doesn't involve knocking stuff over.

There used to be an enormous orange blob cat at the insurance company, but he was old and has since passed away.
