I figure there's no harm in reporting it; it didn't seem to do anything for me with Black and Pink, but maybe enough complaints can mount up that a paper trail can get built and it'll come to something eventually.
Your kids are safe. Guy's in prison, not getting out any time soon, and prison calls cost enough, I doubt he can keep calling for long with no pay-off. Block his calls or unplug your line for a bit. It'll be okay.
