Haha, I'm glad! Yeah, the Borg Critters were initially inspired because the Feminist Borg website was going up, and I got commissioned to design cute cyborg animals. I announced that anyone who tossed $20 at me would get to pick the animal, and MONEY RAINED DOWN.
There were a few critters where the money-thrower had no preference, so those went up to vote. I did not choose any of the animals; I can't remember who for the life of me picked a donkey.
