The "wearable thing that is mine" thing is really helpful for feeling affirmed, for me. I dress pretty boring -- black is easy and repeatable -- but there's stuff that feels mine and helps me build "it's time to front" associations or front anchors too. I have my own Apple watch face (so do my others). I claimed our black spinner ring. I claimed our leather bracelet that no one was wearing. Something I just thought about too is that when I can dress how I like (as opposed to "don't hate) and use what I prefer, it's like a tangible gesture from my other selves that being around is ok, actually. - Brick
