You've already given us some books to look for, so I'll add this one to the book list and eventually someone will make a big purchase day. (Would order now but have already have a planned purchase for NMAI tomorrow, RIP wallet.) :)
It's good even knowing they're out there. Other worldviews don't get near as much attention and the pervasive local one is not so all-encompassing an authority as it likes to believe.
