Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be for sale online anywhere; if you like, I can try to contact Medlock and ask! (They seem to be mostly on social media that I am not on, like Twitter, complicating the process.) It's in color and has various fold-outs and such, so I think I paid roughly ten bucks for it.
