Ouroboros: A Plural Zine by R.O.S.C.O.E. (transcribed!)

Hey guys, with R.O.S.C.O.E.'s permission, I've textually transcribed their zine, Ouroboros, and posted it for folks to read! It is now immortalized for posterity! (Or as close as one ever can get on the Internet.)
