Yes, I agree that polyfrazzlemented were indeed in a bad situation, even if I'll never know exactly what kind. And now that I've had time for my emotions to settle, I do think they were in psychological crisis.
But community support has limits. We're at best psych street medics, and they were bleeding out on the table. Something like that, you need someone who knows what they're doing, and that's not us.
I hope they get where they need to be. I hope they come out the other side of this and do better next time. But I don't think I can be around them while they do that, if they do that.
