Oh lord, I remember the Wondershock thing. We had so many problems with it we don't really know where to start, but for now I guess I'll just say we were annoyed that the writer seemed to conceive of soulbonding as a primarily anime-related phenomenon, when it wasn't and had never been. I mean, there were people with anime soulbonds in the JFW, including us at some points, but they were never treated categorically differently than soulbonds from other sources.
Though we never talked to them personally, so we had no idea about the "there's two of us" thing and... wow. (Also, we've talked to so many multiples who divide schoolwork among the system, we've started to think it's the norm rather than the exception.)
