There are lots of things that can be true that don't work! Sometimes, trying to force the "truth" on my brain just makes it MORE unlikely to do the thing (easy example: doomscrolling current events may tell me the truth about bad things, but it also makes me way less likely to DO anything), so I try more to be like, "Okay, what will actually WORK?"
