So one thing I remember was one halloween in either late elementary or middle school an older man offered to take a photo of me and my friends in our halloween costumes. We thought nothing of it, but when I looked back on that memory years later I realized he never gave us the photo. Did he just keep it? For what reason?

On another occasion I heard a rumor that there was a pedophile living on that street, and I wonder if that might have been him.
