Ugh, yeah, horror stories like that. I can vouch that tumors feel different from body fat! I know! I actually noticed MINE months before the surgery, this firm mass that I could feel in my abdomen. Bob and Grey were alarmed by it, and I kept being like, "nah, it's totally just bowel contents."

It was not bowel contents. It was tumors. Trust me, I've spent time squishing my guts after the surgery, the mass is gone!
