We're still working our way through the links you gave, but in the process found this linkdump of sources collated by House of Chimeras that include one source (which I haven't gotten to either) from March 1989 about a Native man whose multiplicity was a spiritual thing, which seems to have caused friction with his therapist. (Since I haven't read the source, I can't verify whether he was coerced to integrate or not, but it certainly SOUNDS like it from that brief thing. D: )
