I agree with those divisions as causes of restless dead.
I'll add another: people who have not preselected a path through the afterlife. Getting thrown into a trip with no plans and no idea what to do with yourself is a recipe for trouble.
People who have preselected a path may be protected by it, if robust enough, even from circumstances that would otherwise tend to cause problems. Most religions have an auto-processing feature that activates at need.
